Winctrl has announced a new line of Airbus A320 replica hardware, including a full FCU and motorized throttle quadrant. The units are designed for seamless integration with MSFS 2024 and X-Plane 12, featuring realistic backlighting and tactile feedback.
Winctrl, the rebranded hardware manufacturer formerly known as Winwing, has taken the wraps off its latest products aimed at Airbus enthusiasts. The new A320 FCU (Flight Control Unit) and Throttle Quadrant are the result of extensive collaboration with real-world pilots and are built to exacting standards. The FCU features all the expected controls—speed, heading, altitude, and vertical speed—with authentic push/pull functionality and LED displays that match the real aircraft's font and color.
The Throttle Quadrant includes motorized levers that move in response to autothrottle commands, providing a level of immersion previously reserved for high-end professional simulators. Both units are constructed from metal and high-quality plastics, with a robust mounting system for desk or cockpit use. They connect via USB and are compatible with MSFS 2024, X-Plane 12, and Prepar3D.
Winctrl has also released a configuration tool that allows users to map functions and adjust sensitivity. The A320 FCU is priced at $499, while the Throttle Quadrant will retail for $899. Pre-orders open on October 15, with shipping expected in December. This launch solidifies Winctrl's position as a leading innovator in home cockpit hardware.
