Winctrl (formerly Winwing) has unveiled its new force feedback yoke, offering realistic control loading and compatibility with MSFS 2024 and X-Plane 12.

Winctrl, the hardware manufacturer formerly known as Winwing, has announced its first force feedback yoke, targeting serious flight simmers and cockpit builders. The yoke features a brushless motor system that provides variable control loading based on airspeed and aircraft configuration, replicating the feel of a real aircraft's control column. It offers 180 degrees of pitch and roll travel, with adjustable tension and damping.

The yoke is constructed from metal and high-grade plastics, with a realistic Boeing 737-style handle that includes a full complement of buttons and a PTT switch. It connects via USB-C and includes a dedicated power supply. Winctrl has developed a configuration tool that allows users to create custom force profiles for different aircraft, and presets for popular add-ons like the PMDG 737 and Fenix A320 will be available at launch.

Compatibility extends to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024, X-Plane 12, and Prepar3D. The yoke is expected to ship in early 2027, with pre-orders opening next month. Pricing has not been finalized, but Winctrl aims to position it competitively against other high-end force feedback yokes. A throttle quadrant and rudder pedals with similar force feedback technology are also in development.
