The former Winwing rebrands and unveils a high-torque force feedback yoke with magnetic Hall effect sensors. Compatible with MSFS, X-Plane, and DCS, it promises realistic control loading and trim feedback.

Winctrl, formerly known as Winwing, has announced its first force feedback yoke, the Winctrl FF-Yoke. Designed for both flight simulation and combat simulators, the yoke uses a direct-drive motor system to simulate control forces, including aerodynamic loading, trim changes, and stall buffet. It features a 180-degree rotation range and magnetic Hall effect sensors for precise, wear-free position sensing.

The FF-Yoke includes a realistic GA-style control wheel with integrated buttons and a hat switch, plus a separate throttle quadrant with friction levers. It connects via USB and includes a dedicated configuration software that allows users to adjust force curves, detents, and vibration profiles per aircraft. The yoke is compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024, X-Plane 12, and DCS World, with native support for force feedback in each platform.

Winctrl aims to ship the FF-Yoke in Q1 2027, with pre-orders opening in November 2026. Pricing is set at $899.99, which includes the throttle quadrant. The company also teased a force feedback joystick for fighter sims, expected later next year.
