PMDG has revealed the next addition to its Boeing 777 family: the -300ER variant for MSFS. The first screenshots show detailed GE90 engines and a new wing flex system.

PMDG has announced that the Boeing 777-300ER is now in development for Microsoft Flight Simulator, following the successful release of the 777-200LR and the upcoming 777F. The -300ER is the most popular variant of the 777 family, and PMDG aims to bring its signature depth to this aircraft.

The first screenshots released by the developer showcase the massive GE90-115B engines, with realistic fan blades and intricate turbine details. The wing flex system has been updated to reflect the -300ER's specific structural characteristics, providing a more authentic feel during turbulence and heavy maneuvers.

PMDG's Robert Randazzo confirmed that the -300ER will include the same advanced FMS, VNAV, and LNAV capabilities as its siblings, along with support for the new 777F cargo variant. The development team is also working on a shared cockpit implementation for the entire 777 family.

No release date has been announced, but the project is expected to be released in late 2026. PMDG continues to set the standard for airliner simulation in MSFS, and this announcement has generated considerable excitement among the community.
