Orbx has launched its TrueEarth Great Britain South scenery pack for MSFS 2024, featuring high-resolution aerial imagery and custom landmarks. The package covers the southern UK, including London and the South Coast.

Orbx Simulation Systems has released TrueEarth Great Britain South for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, bringing a significant visual upgrade to the region. The package spans from the Midlands down to the English Channel, encompassing major airports such as London Heathrow (EGLL), Gatwick (EGKK), and Southampton (EGHI). It utilizes high-resolution aerial imagery, custom autogen, and hand-placed landmarks to recreate the characteristic British landscape.

The scenery includes enhanced water masking, accurate road networks, and improved vegetation placement. Notable landmarks such as the White Cliffs of Dover, Stonehenge, and the London skyline are represented with custom models. The package is designed to blend seamlessly with MSFS 2024's new terrain system, offering improved performance and reduced pop-in compared to previous versions.

Orbx has also included compatibility with third-party airports, ensuring that add-on sceneries like Aerosoft's Heathrow Professional and FSDT's Gatwick will integrate without conflicts. TrueEarth Great Britain South is available now via Orbx Central and the MSFS Marketplace, priced at $34.95 AUD. A North and Central pack are expected in early 2027.
