Orbx has launched a comprehensive Pacific Northwest scenery pack for MSFS 2024, featuring 12 hand-crafted airports and enhanced regional terrain. The pack includes KSEA, KPDX, and several GA fields.

Orbx Simulation Systems has announced the immediate availability of its Pacific Northwest Regional Pack for MSFS 2024, a compilation that brings together 12 hand-crafted airports along with a region-wide terrain enhancement. The pack covers the corridor from Seattle to Portland, including KSEA (Seattle-Tacoma) and KPDX (Portland International), which feature detailed terminals, accurate ramp layouts, and realistic jetway animations.

For general aviation enthusiasts, the pack includes smaller fields like KORS (Orcas Island) and 0S9 (Jefferson County), each with custom buildings and vegetation matching the local environment. Orbx has also improved the regional mesh and landclass, providing more accurate river systems and mountain slopes that enhance visual navigation.

The pack is available on the Orbx Direct store and through the MSFS 2024 marketplace for $49.99. Users can install individual airports if they prefer, but the full pack offers a cohesive experience. Performance is optimized, with LOD adjustments minimizing stutters even on mid-range hardware.

This release is a testament to Orbx's continued commitment to high-quality regional scenery. It's ideal for virtual pilots who enjoy both airline and GA flying in the Pacific Northwest, and it pairs well with the new World Update 17's Northern Europe enhancements for global coverage.
