Navigraph has released its latest AIRAC cycle, 2609, bringing a host of navigation data updates to the flight simulation community. This cycle includes revised SIDs, STARs, and approach procedures for more than 50 airports, with a particular focus on new RNAV (GPS) approaches in the United States and RNP AR procedures in Australia and Europe.
Subscribers to Navigraph's FMS Data Manager will see these updates automatically applied to their add-on aircraft, including the PMDG 737, Fenix A320, and ToLiss A319. The update also integrates seamlessly with SimBrief, ensuring flight planning remains consistent with the latest published procedures.
One notable addition is the inclusion of new LPV approaches at regional airports in Canada, offering more precision approach options for GA pilots flying with Garmin-equipped aircraft. Navigraph continues to be the gold standard for navigation data in the sim community, and this cycle maintains that reputation.
For those who rely on accurate, up-to-date navdata for their online flying on VATSIM or IVAO, this update is essential. The new cycle is available now for all Navigraph Ultimate subscribers.
