iniBuilds has released its Airbus A350-900 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, marking the developer's first foray into the modern long-haul market. The aircraft features a highly detailed exterior model with accurate panel lines and liveries, and a fully modeled cockpit with working overhead panels, FCU, and MCDU. The custom FMS is based on the real A350's Honeywell system and supports complex routing, including PBN and RNP AR approaches.

The fly-by-wire system has been meticulously simulated, with normal law, alternate law, and direct law modes all modeled. The aircraft's flight envelope protection, including pitch and bank limits, is accurately represented. The engine model, featuring the Rolls-Royce Trent XWB, includes FADEC simulation with realistic spool-up times and fuel flow. The landing gear and braking systems are also fully simulated, with autobrake and anti-skid functionality.

iniBuilds has also included a comprehensive EFB with performance calculations, takeoff and landing data, and a detailed checklist system. The aircraft is compatible with Navigraph navdata and supports SimBrief integration. The A350-900 is available now for $69.99, with a launch discount of 10% for the first week. This release sets a new standard for long-haul airliners in MSFS 2024 and is sure to be a hit with serious simmers.
