iniBuilds has launched its A300-600R for MSFS 2024, featuring detailed systems, custom FMS, and accurate flight dynamics. The aircraft is the latest in their growing lineup of classic airliners.
iniBuilds has released the Airbus A300-600R for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, adding another classic airliner to the platform. The A300-600R, a widebody twinjet, is simulated with exceptional depth, including a custom FMS that replicates the Honeywell flight management system, complete with LNAV, VNAV, and RNAV capabilities. The autopilot and autothrottle systems have been modeled to behave like the real aircraft, including the unique pitch and thrust management during approach.
The visual model is highly detailed, with an accurate cockpit featuring CRT displays and a faithfully recreated overhead panel. The exterior includes fine details such as antenna placements and realistic wing flex. The flight model has been tuned using real-world data, providing authentic handling characteristics, particularly in the landing phase where the A300's heavy feel is evident.
iniBuilds has also included a comprehensive sound set recorded from the real aircraft, with distinctive engine howl and cockpit ambience. The A300-600R is available now via the iniBuilds store and the MSFS Marketplace, priced at $49.99. A paint kit and several liveries are included, with more to come from the community.
