iniBuilds has released a comprehensive update for its A350, adding new FMS features, improved fly-by-wire logic, and enhanced visual effects. The update also includes performance optimizations for both PC and Xbox.
iniBuilds has rolled out version 1.1.0 for its Airbus A350-900 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, addressing community feedback with a substantial list of improvements. The FMS now supports full RNAV (RNP) approaches with AR (Authorization Required) capability, and the vertical navigation logic has been refined to better handle complex STARs and altitude constraints. The fly-by-wire system has been updated to more accurately simulate the A350's Normal Law, including bank angle protection and pitch trim behavior.
Visually, the update adds new wing flex animations, improved engine nacelle details, and dynamic cabin lighting. The cockpit textures have been reworked for higher clarity, and the EFB now includes a performance calculator with takeoff and landing data. On the technical side, iniBuilds has optimized the model for better frame rates, particularly in dense scenery areas, and has reduced memory usage. Xbox users will also see improved stability and faster load times.
The update is available now via the iniBuilds manager or the MSFS Marketplace. Existing owners can download it for free. iniBuilds also confirmed that a freighter variant is in development, with a release planned for later this year. With this update, the A350 remains one of the most comprehensive long-haul aircraft in MSFS 2024, and it's clear that iniBuilds is committed to continuous improvement.
