Fenix Simulations has updated its A320neo for MSFS 2024 with ProSim-based systems, a new CFM LEAP-1A engine model, and enhanced fly-by-wire. The update also brings full compatibility with Navigraph charts.
Fenix Simulations has released a significant update for its A320neo in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, deepening the already impressive systems simulation. The highlight is the integration of ProSim's A320 systems logic, which brings the add-on even closer to real-world behavior. This includes accurate electrical and hydraulic schematics, improved FADEC response, and a more realistic fly-by-wire implementation that mimics the A320's C* law. The new CFM LEAP-1A engine model features detailed performance data, including correct fuel flow and EGT margins.
The update also introduces full Navigraph charts integration, allowing pilots to overlay SID/STAR and approach plates directly in the cockpit's EFB. This seamless workflow reduces the need for external apps and enhances immersion. Additionally, the flight model has been refined using real-world A320 pilot feedback, with adjustments to ground handling and flare characteristics. The cockpit now includes optional LED lighting and a more detailed overhead panel with working CBs.
Fenix has also addressed performance, optimizing code to reduce CPU load, which is particularly beneficial for MSFS 2024's more demanding rendering. The update is free for existing customers and available via the Fenix Installer. With this release, Fenix solidifies its position as the premier A320 developer for MSFS, offering an experience that rivals full-flight simulators. For serious simmers, it's an essential upgrade.
